How can I block another player?

Another player can be blocked at any time directly from the player profile in the Messenger. This blocking then results in such a player not being able to send you messages, both in the private chat and other chat rooms. In addition, a blocked player cannot challenge you to a game.

Can my access to Live Games be blocked?

In keeping with our terms and conditions your access to Live Games may be blocked by an administrator if you continue to engage in inappropriate behaviour, despite warnings from admin concerning said inappropriate behaviour.

What can I be blocked for by an administrator?

Administrators shall mainly use the blocking feature for the following:

• use of vulgar expressions or pictures
• threats to other players
• cheating, circumvention of the gameplay system
• wallpapering (repeated sending of messages with the same text content)
• advertising of third-party services
• promotion of violence

For how long can I be blocked; can I lose my G-points?

The nature of your offence is decisive for the length of blocking and the amount of G-points removed.
