Last weekend Geewa reached a new record in daily numbers. A maximum peak was reached with 11.041 online players and on Saturday 705,688 duels were played per day.

Geewa reached an agreement with the largest TV station in the Czech Republic, TV Nova on a new channel for distribution of video ads over the Internet. These will always be shown before the start of game on our partner portals Hry.cz, Hry Atlas.cz, Czech ICQ as well as our home portal Geewa.com. Geewa community games are played every day by 100,000 players, who play 700,000 duels. This creates an opportunity to present 20 million video ads a month. The largest Slovak portal Zoznam.sk launched Geewa games on its entertainment portal Pauzicka.
3.12.2007 - 3-rd place in Broadband application 2007
The Geewa multiplayer community server was awarded 3rd place in - The Broadband Application of the Year pompetition organized by the business networking platform Broadband Monday. Second place went to Fotbal živě (Live Football) and first place was taken home Visual Connection for its streaming Internet video solution.
